You need to learn how to pick the right fucking stock. A mediocre trader can make more money on the right stock that a great trader can make trying to apply sophisticated strategies to the wrong stock. On any given day, 99% of the market is the wrong stock and at most there are a small handful and sometimes only a single right stock. Everybody's a genius in a bull market. The obvious corollary is everybody's a genius when they jump on the right stock
