The Bad:
Wipe and no wipe are both going to get nothing they want as the poll is going to have a shitty 3rd and 4th option.
There's going to be a hack after opening since devs don't even know what they're doing and all the hot patches are open source.
Database is getting leaked and getting unencrypted.
Custom race & class combos are going to be broken or total shit (already seeing this).
Raid / world bosses are going to get one shot using untested custom items.
Even after launch, expect hourly crashes and patches.
Server crashed in 10 mins even with level 15 server cap and majority being <lvl 5.
Dupes and exploits are going to demolish the economy but this time the exploiters are gonna hide it well.
Hacked clients.
Dev team and CM can't even manage bootlicking redditors.

The Good:
Jank ass builds are going to be fun.
Funny and less damaging glitches add life to a game acting like secrets.
Dev team and CM are incompetent and this will lead to a lot of funnies both in game and out game.
Wayyyy too many fucking people, too many even for a larger private server, this is going to be memorable even if it crashes and burns.
