it's the music label toby signed a contract with back when he was a no name dev when UT first came out, makes sense since he wanted to protect his music
but music labels are one of the most notoriously evil things to ever exist, and they are extremely petty, so out of nowhere after UTY came out (because it was pretty much the only fully finished fangame), they jumped on it like sharks because they dared to steal a few pennies in ad revenue from them (toby had to jump him and tell sebastian wolff to back off after he made a fool of himself on twitter)
now after DR ch 3 and 4 they smelled the blood (money) in the water again and are going on a take down spree on anything that isn't their officially sanctioned uploads, because that's taking money away from them
