Stuck in a job that I hate, with all forces of my life, but I cannot leave. (it pays well, and I have a sick mother to take care of).
Healthcare is a grindfest. It's very stable (minimun chances to get fired), but the workload is something beyond comprehension.

Will that place get better in the future, or at least I will be free of that place one day without having to wait for retirement?
