I remember when a bunch of dudes in a TF2 thread were moaning about how much they hated hats and the gay new weapons and the F2P cancer so he pulled the trigger on renting a cheap VPS in Finland just so he could host a private server for us that disabled all that shit right then and there in that thread.

It lasted for a couple years and it was some of the most fun I had in that game.
