The plan is to inicially establish a fortress inland, the highest priority then is convincing as many witches and tribal warlords to join my cause as possible, promises of future riches, estates and land reclamation will play a big role here, also I might need to marry one or more of the younger witches to seal the deal but as long as they side with me the amber coast is already within my grasp, I only need enough time to build up sizable forces to tilt the balance of power in the region and rightfully romanize it, establishing my closest and loyal supporters as new patrician class to rule in my name and in due time continue my expansion.
