Now that i think about it... shouldn't the cool detective be really watching him? he himself mentioned the fact that the family got 4 of the deaths and he tried to reach Satoko... so watching over the uncle and her in this night gotta be 100% what he will do @_@ if he doesn't? it would be an actual plot hole @_@ "the very smart detective suddenly going full dum-dum"... R07 do be doing that with other cases so he can write certain scenes that would achieve some plot goal ,_,
