a livestreamed reaction can basically never be fair use. see: retarded streamers that try to watch tv or movies onstream and inevitably get a strike or a ban
even if you package a whole bunch of commentary around and within the video, if it constitutes a market replacement for the video, its not fair use
that is, if i watch the reaction video and can reasonably see no need to watch the original or it gave me all of the content or some such substantial part of the original, its not fair use. its why a critique of a video including SOME clips can be fair use, but someone just 'reacting' to a youtube video isnt.
and because youtube is a black box algorithm retardation, your watch stats etc matter and will take hits if all of a sudden there are essentially multiple copies of your video pasted around youtube. and then there are the megaleech reactors. its a one way pipeline to the reactor, not to creators. people get introduced to the reactor's ecosystem of stolen content and to make matters worse they may go "hey go give this guy a like" so they do and they watch 5 seconds of the original video and tank it because youtube sees hundreds of people clicking off of the video without staying to watch or they subscribe but never actually watch a video. its a whole thing
