The P320 is a single action gun with no safety redundancy so if tolerances are shit the sear can slip at any time, and it may not be repeatable until the gun wears out further. This is bad news for sig because it means they released a shit design and sold guns with shit QC, which means it's not just the P320 to be distrusted, but every gun made since they started opening facilities in india.
Also, unrelated, the P365 has a single point of failure for all its safeties, the lug on the MIM striker. It has broken at least once, but not with a live round in the chamber. If it did so with a round chambered it would bypass all of the p365s safeties and go off. This is unlikely, but so are the various marvels of indian civic engineering and cow dung derived cuisine, so...
