Asgore gave his code to the shelter to dess, why, probably because she asked.
She made a dark fountain, brought kirs & noelle inside, tried to make kirs a monster somehow, and maybe died [Asriel from undertale turned to dust, but was made a flower after putting his dust onto it.this leads me to think, about an old theory, that undertale is apart of this world. Its in the shelter, either as a drakworld (unlikely) or as apart of that world.The monsters stuck underground, were not actually the lest monsters on earth, they were just forgotten. (hence why noelle, susie, berdly, and others are in town.)they made a life for themselves, and vowed to never mention or remember what happened in undertale ever againthis part could be wrong, but the other parts dont seam so offlets pretend for a moment that this would does happen with undertaleDess could have done what gaster did, and jump into the CORE spreading her soul thoughout all space and time. While her body, her dust, is given to kirs.W.D Gaster watchs on, giving eggs, as their may be hope for dess still.
