You'll get there. I don't think the damage check is too high, as long as you have up to date grasta and weapons. I didn't even have a backline, because I expected to die to learn more about the fight.
Allowing AF spam is really way too broken. And because this boss doesn't attack turn one, Cetie keeps the -100 pow/int debuff up the entire fight.
