Rocket got a cute sticker so it's better than most seasons.
His symbiote skin is...fine. MVP scene sucks.

Jeff ruined Rocket for me, he feels so slowly and inefficient in comparison now. I have slightly better luck escaping from BP as Rocket, and Rocket has a better ult, but that's about it.
