My version has evolved in to this:
wake up
like my job well enough
go to work
annoyed with work
exhausted at the 6 hour mark
go home to my dump apartment
dread packing up and moving because I know it's going to be a drastic increase in rent
job pays poorly but I don't want to give it up as I do like it
hope the useless union can hammer out some kind of raise
