You basically become a server admin in a game at that point with access to near infinite information, resources, biology, money etc
The autist who figures it out will become a god and we will all be at his mercy, I suppose his only problem will be natural death by age but we can assume he could simply find a dimension with perfect medicine that will make him renewed for free.
