No. We are talking about Luna ult, not support ults in general. MK ult counters Invis Woman and Cloak because those are stationary healing ults and cannot out-heal the damage. And it somewhat counters Mantis ult because it just doesn't heal that much.
With Luna, she heals enough and is mobile enough that she can just waltz out of your goon circle with ease. She gets an instant 200hp heal when popping ult, which completely negates your gay little combo.
