I have an issue with Windows 10 that I can't quite figure out.
My PC frequently has a weird type of crash where everything just sort of locks up, then I have to do a hard reset to unfuck it.
If a video or something is on screen, it will keep playing, but clicking buttons just stops working and it becomes unusable.
It does not bluescreen or anything. It's just a slow motion freeze.

I thought at first that this was a memory problem and I replaced my RAM, but that didn't help.

Any advice on how to pinpoint what's causing this?
