The game is going to flop and that is a good thing. I am not happy about people losing jobs (seriously) but this game represents a lot of wrong in the industry.
>New $80 price tag for no reason other than corporate greed
>Selling "early access" (AKA the real release date) for an additional charge
>Preselling you DLC before you've even played the game
>First game was very mediocre with very few RPG elements, incredibly small levels, a few decisions that ultimately meant nothing, and the ability to pass every speech/skill check by changing your hat/pants and taking some drugs
>Awful companions with quests that are 5 minutes long except for the asexual lesbian who has an entire quest chain devoted to setting up some cringe ass aromantic date
>Story can be summarized as CORPORATIONS BAD, MORTY *BUUUUUUUUUUUUUURRRPPPP* WE'RE OWNED BY THE RICHEST COMPANY IN THE WORLD MOOOOOOOOOORRRRTTTYYY (yes, I know they weren't at the time)
>Game tries to have a satirical/humorous tone but is desperately unfunny
So, hopefully this game flopping will teach Microsoft and the industry at large a lesson. We don't want $80 games that are selling you DLC, season passes, and early access too.
