>Xia Ji never mentions him once but is presumably somewhere in the same ballpark as Luohan which means the Worms is run by people with petty family issues

And in the end you can't even take him seriously as an Antagonist because Shen has stated a few times that no matter how strong Luohan gets he'll never be able to beat him. You'd think this was just Shen being stupid and not taking this seriously but given Sandro's track record this could just be his way of giving us a heads-up not to expect anything through Shen
