Germano-Baltic White Army has some cool stuff, I enjoyed the Klan but a lot of their focuses lack descriptions however if you enjoy fighting in that area of the US it was very fun encircling Rockefeller feds in the Appalachians. Italy is a good Hell-in-a-Cell and whilst I haven't played it yet there is some stuff in China with the Manchus.
