No one will switch to Max aside from for official/burocracy needs/work and its fine. I know, US lives in stone age, but Russia is long digitalized country with e-goverment where all services are easily accessible online and each citizen has access to his documents, bills, goverment and communal, taxes, property and health services online. I know, its hard to imagine, Russia is litterally 100 years ahead of US and EU (maybe 200 years ahead of EU...)
