I've thought about it.

>Cut to our MC, a 15 years old boy comemorating his birthday. He lives in the outskirts of a big fantasy city with his parents - a suave nobleman, and a super milfy mother - their present for him is a sword
>He stares confused at the weirdly girly sword, but as he touches it, it shines and he starts hearing a voice coming out of it >he looks at his parents, they present to him a painting of a huge beefed up guy

>Turns out this sword has a sealed spirit in it - an EVIL succubus who empowers the item, she can talk throuth it and is actively malicious and prone to pranks
>The succubi inside the sword is empowered by LUST directed at the wielder - and she Transforms the wielder to better feed of it (temporary transformation that the wielder can control at will)
>The other used the sword many years ago to become a famous hero(ine), until he fell in love with MC's dad and started a family - now they think that MC is prepared to follow the path if he chooses
>MC is still confused and trying to process the fact that his mother was a big buff man
>Later on he discovers that the sword CAN plant sugestions on his head for minor girly things without him noticing
From them on you can have some interesting plots

>The fully powered sword multiply the strenght of the wielder by 10 and the skin becomes harder than steel - BUT the more you use it, the more you need to recharge
>Have an arc of the MC´s friends discovering it
>Have an arc of him trying to train to get a stronger base form
>Have an arc of him trying to hide the thing from the girl he loves

But these areshallow ideas, to make a comic I would have to think on a supporting cast, how characters play each other, themes and etc
