That's probably what I use save states for the most as well; skipping otherwise unskippable cutscenes and stuff of that nature. I really wish I had save states even for modern games, as some devs still haven't figured this shit out. Also, you're objectively wrong. AoS isn't even the worst Igavania, let alone the worst Castlevania
