I'm in the middle of rewatching the series, and it's been a good time so far.

Reading the spin-off manga about Eila before The 501st and it's pretty cute so far. I love how fucking CHONKY the Buffalo strikers are. It also made me excited to see Nipa in Brave Witches.

It's a silly WW2 magical girl show about girls with planes for legs, gratuitous panty shots, and lots of casual nudity.
>What do I need to know?
Brave Witches is chronologically set in between Seasons 1 & 2, and Road To Berlin takes place after the movie. Luminous Witches is a pseudo-prequel idol show? I haven't watched any of that one. 501st JFW Take Off! is just kind of a chibi slice-of-life shitpost series full of in-jokes from Seasons 1 & 2, but it's pretty fun.
