Sanguinius, Vulkan (so long as the eldar aren't present), Ferrus, Corvus, Guilliman, and even pre-heresy Magnus, Horus and Alpharius all seem pretty likable to me. Even Angron elicits more compassion from me than dislike.
Khan does still stand near the top though. And all the others I didn't mention are absurdly dickish to the point of bringing them all down as a group.
