I just finished the campaign and Im doing endgame content
If I create a new alt and select to skipp the campaign and start the dlc stuff, does the new character starts at the same point Im right now? doing the quests where we run after neyrelle and theres some talk about some disease from nahantu

also, do I get enough reliquaries to unlock everything and get that beast skin or do I need to buy the deluxe pass?
