I can see it, but it might be the work of Alessandro Boer looks like his style(pic is his), and he is credited in the book, but to my limited knowledge, he's never worked with GW and the only artist to work on TOW that I know of is L J Koh, who has a somewhat different style.
I guess we won't know till artist start putting pieces from the book onto their portfolios
