Are there any other fighting game characters who work like the original Chameleon - he'd constantly be changing movesets between the palette swap ninjas every few seconds depending on which colour he was. Then when he was in Armageddon they sort of ruined him by just giving him a move from each ninja and called it a day.

Obviously mimic characters don't count since it's just per round.
