i have the idea to make workless ppl living on state gibs collect human hair from barbers. if we pay them anyway, they might aswell work. the hair can be washed, maybe even bleached, and then pressed into slow release nitrogen fertilizer pellets. you think thats a good idea? any additional ideas? i already know that a french company uses human hair to make stongly oil absorbant 'fabric' to soak up oil from oil spills, eg ship accidents...
