On what? Orion is capable of going to a lunar orbit and returning, so you could go for a loop around then come home, as is the plan for Artemis 2 in another year or so.
Landing is another story, as there are currently no human landers in existence. You need to make one, as Blue Origin claims to be doing for the HLS contract they sued to receive. SpaceX's Starship also has that contract but we'll see how the design even pans out before I get exited for a large lander from them. Topheavy landers don't play nice in lunar gravity.
