I don't think there are enough black creatures that benefit from losing their abilites to justify making it an untap subtheme. There are surprisingly few black creatures that just have high power too. So currently your best options for reanimating with Xu number around half a dozen.
The way I'm building him is just a robust reanimator package with a skeleton tribal subtheme so that when I to Xu-rez shit it'll get buffed.
