Never ever. It's not coming. It's cut content, it has already been scavenged for other Warbonds. The mistake we've all been making was thinking everything within the files on release was coming and not only there are entire warbonds worth of stuff that never came that might be slowly recycled into new warbonds, Squids turned out to be completely reworked.
