Who is Miranda?

Thing is that all three of them probably do similar amounts of damage (read: none), it's just that the Pacifier takes more bullets to accomplish the same thing which will make it less ammo efficient. I wouldn't even classify the Lib Concussive in the same category since it doesn't inflict stun, it's just outright bad right now.

Yeah, giving Lib Concussive some sort of explosive splash with each bullet could probably solve the problem. It doesn't even need to do any meaningful amount of damage, just let us stagger more than one enemy per shot. I'm not sure if that would be a proper solution though, all three of the weapons need their own niches and characteristics.

The armor might be useful as generic +survivability armor. The teamkiller 9000 guard dog will see play. The grenade might be nice depending on what it can stun, how many that you get, how long that it stuns, whether or not it has at least a token detonation for bug spawner destruction duty. The AR is pretty dependent on there being some important fucking detail excluded from the statcard to be good. I have no clue what to expect from the grenade launcher but my expectations aren't high.

A taller soldier would also be more fragile, not less. Your bones don't get stronger from being longer, anon. Tall things aren't known for their robustness, and they make for larger targets with worse centers of gravity. Unironically the dwarf build makes for a smaller, stronger, cheaper (less material to cover 'em) soldier.

That's understandable, capes are purely cosmetic and the preorder armors are just reskins of existing armors down to the passive, but the medium killzone armor actually has a gameplay impact and the rifle has an actual niche it fills (although that has become questionable now that you can customize other weapons to become more like it, if not even outperform it)
But I don't think FOMO in any game has almost ever been about a genuine fear of not being able to match other people because they have something that gives them an edge that you absolutely cannot get anymore, I think it's mostly just jealousy and that's perfectly understandable to some degree.
Personally I am a very tiny bit bothered that I don't have the pre-order armors but I'm not going to raise a fuss about it, they're rewards for people who had faith in the studio and took a chance on them. I didn't, so I don't get rewarded. But what does actually annoy me is that people are being dishonest when they complain about the Killzone FOMO when they very well might own "FOMO" items of their own. Single target Stun Grenade doesn't sound effective at all, and there's literally only one enemy in the game I could imagine it working against (Fleshmobs) that a regular Stun wouldn't suffice. Burn DoT ignores damage reduction and deals the same dps to helldivers regardless of armor level as a result. "Fire" damage doesn't technically exist and is just regular damage with a "Burn" power that when exceeding the specific mobs threshold will ignite the mob causing DoT. So using the flamethrower on a player in light armor will cause more damage to them than on a player wearing heavy armor because it's "normal" damage but the amount they take from burning will be identical.

Official opinion:
Primary is pretty fucking ass. Should have Stun 2 or actually respectable damage, right now it's a more stylish Pummeler. Has some weird first person bug when you can't shoot or see your sights for a second after reloading. Terrible ammo economy.
Pistol is a bit fucked, autoaim locks center-mass. Not terrible on Devastators because it tends to hit their belly but it still sometimes goes way off or hits some weird body part. Bugs its fine, Illuminate is probably fucked I haven't been arsed to check. Low range. The non-guided mode ironsights are the worst fucking piece of dogshit ever concieved. It should have been ironsights for guided, reflex for non-guided, holy shit. Terrible ammo economy.
The grenade launcher is pretty bad too, it's mostly useful as stun grenade launcher. You could in theory get decent kill streaks on voteless or bugs but it reloads pretty slowly. Terrible ammo economy.
The passive is okay.
Visually skins and armors are cool.

It is, quite literally, made to use against squids. Just finished a squid dive and a lot of the weapons felt nice. I'll try bringing my elec armor while using the GL to do extra close range shots. The AR keeps retard jetpack faggots in place, which is nice. The pistol is funky but it kinda feels nice to fire into a crowd fast as fuck. Anyone try the dog yet?
