I have no appetite and eating solid food is a chore
I've tried Soylent and I like it but it's way too expensive for what it is
I've made my own meal replacement shakes from maltodextrin protein powder olive oil salt and potassium powder etc but it's super inconvenient because with the Soylent I just take two scoops of powder from the one jar and put them in the blender with water and I'm done. With the homemade shakes I have to measure and scoop or pour from each thing and add them to the blender one by one

What's a cheap and easy meal replacement shake I can buy or make
