I would have said that Mari's new main goal is to find away to more easily repicliate Flawless's birth, so she could allow mares to impregnate each other and bring forth the end of all Stallions.
But Mari says right now that she wants nothing to do with Magic so I'm unsure if she'd still want to do that.
