Obvious efforts:
>therapy
>hrt (3y)
>makeup
>haircare
>skincare
>voicetraining (have to speak in more androgynous voice around family but people here say it’s decently passing)
>partial social transition (don’t live in an area i can safely 100% it yet + family and friends don’t support)
>improved eating habits/combatting my ED
Previous/start and stop efforts:
>laser (had to stop hrt for 6 months last year which reversed much of the progress though)
>prog (wasn’t happy with the effects of it, got wild mood swings/dysphoria with early trans but willing to try again)
>pio (very happy with the effects of it but gave me horrible nausea, unsure whether or not to start again since i’ve been off it 4 or so months)
Efforts I haven’t been as focused on/need to focus on:
>more consistent exercise (unsteady on/off routine, might start manmoding to a gym)
>electrolysis (to help with the reversed laser progress)
>consistent improvement at everything included in the "obvious" tier
Efforts out my reach:
>surgery (don’t need it to be happy with my transition anyways)

While it maybe hasn’t "paid off" yet (in the sense I don’t pass, still only get gendered male, harassed, etc), I’m much happier putting in the effort than compared to before and want to continue putting in more. I don’t like to include surgery as proof of "effort" as I’d only be getting it to pass for others and not for myself, but if my current social treatment continues it might be something I’ll consider further down the line. And yeah, it sometimes sucks being 3 years in and having no proof I’ve ever passed while seeing boymoders complain how they only "malefail" 95% of the time instead of 100%, but I think it’s pretty safe to say with the amount of effort I’ve made I’m practically worm-free compared to them so it balances out lol
