He seems fine, though you lose out on a lot of the really good wizards that are in blue like Archmage Emeritus. If you really want to have a deck helmed by Kuja go with the reprint of Inalla and slot Rakdos Kuja in the 99 (Even if it has the worst art of all the Through the Ages cards, why the fuck did they go with such a weird close-up shot from the game rather than something like the art Amano did).
