This was the ending of Chapter 5. It's very melancholic for an ending, but it does feel like they knew this was going to end, so they decided to kind of leave it off here. I would highly recommend reading this Google Webpage link and going through it because Yo had his breaking point with the Scarecrows and regained some of his memories back.
