the hem is right but the collar isn't, they've still got a button-up 'shirt' collar clearly meant to be compatible with a tie. Camp collars have a specific wide and flat cut to them because they're meant to be worn open and without a tie. it's the same collar you'll get on a bowling shirt or a Hawaiian shirt. They originated on leisure shirts you'd wear camping or to the beach back before t-shirts were a thing.
