It IS possible. I have big quads even with a BMI of 21 (and I also had them when I wasnt depressed and had a BMI of 18, probably because I played volleyball a lot and all the jumping likely made the muscles grow). Im still not fat but since Ive become less active my thighs now have a layer of fat they didnt have before which makes them look even more disproportionate compared to the rest of my body and it makes me feel disgusting. I also dont want a big, fat ass either. I just want a normal butt and skinny, toned legs.
