Pretty much. For the first 5 seasons, the show had the Evil Morty bugger lingering in the background. Then, pretty much immediately afterwards (in S5E10 and S6E1), they set up Rick Prime as the next big bad.
And now what he's dead and Evil Morty's just relaxing outside the Central Finite Curve... there's nothing left. That's it. It's just... Rick & Morty's life now, I guess.
