My schizo theory is that it has to do with this video, where an art studio that rejected sam called his art pieces very sardonic and guerilla, and he couldn't tell if sam was being serious or not in the interview. interesting thing to note is he mentions that sam was there with his girlfriend, which would explain sam behaving like he didn't care. he probably tried to " take control" of the interview to impress her. maybe he flipped his table, we just don't know.

it's probably just a coincidence though. i found it funny either way that he's really always been like this in real life without cameras rolling and this is the final nail in the 'bit' fags coffin.
