Whether it was rape or torture (ideally both) SOMETHING should have happened to her, it happens to genuinely every other member of your retinue. Her having nothing happen to her is really jarring and pulls you out of the story since it's obviously author fiat or outside interference that is preventing the logical conclusion from occurring given the setting and story you're oprating in.
