I never got into vtubers until the beginning of this month. Even though I was just watching clips on yt about them reaction to random stuff, it felt like a porn addiction, or more accurately "porn" for lonely people. I wasn't fapping to them but clearly felt a strong urge to keep watching more and more clips. Funnily enough it was vtuber drama that broke the cycle and made me disgusted with the whole scene, and to some extent I feel like it played a role in a shift in how I view women in general, and how lusting after them, or lusting in general, is in truth an unpleasant thing. I can still look at pictures of women, even naked or partially nude and find them aesthetically pleasing, but as soon as the intention is sexually suggestive in nature I start feeling disgust and disdain at the attempt to evoke a lustful reaction.

It all starts in the mind, the internal lustful reaction to external sexual stimulation. Learn to recognize that, it's true nature, how it starts, and where it takes you. Win that battle and you win the war.
