In ACTUAL restaurant 'tests', a server or whomever might tell someone they are out of something they only have a limited amount of in order to save it for some bigwig spender whom they know is showing up later. They will never serve you something of lower quality while crossing their fingers that you won't notice. It could destroy the reputation of the restaurant. You guys just sound like weebs who think every jap is play 4D chess at any given time.
