When I was a kid, I used to be taken to Michelin star restaurants all the time. The vast majority of them do not care what you eat or how you eat it. As long as you're not disruptive, you eat the food how you want. I think I was only disruptive once when I was a teenager and I quoted a Family Guy joke where Peter goes 'It's not like we're going to have gay sex in the living room' and I said it a bit too loud. However once when I was a kid, as my dad was paying he was approached by the manager who said that the couple who left before us had asked the manager to thank my dad and mum and us for being exceptionally well behaved and an enjoy to dine with. So, yes, fellow diners do consider the 'experience' to be met with the same desire they meet with it. If myself and my sister had been screaming or yelling or clanking out cutlery or slurping or whatever it would have disturbed other diners and we would likely have been told to knock it off.

Anyway I'm going to another Michelin star restaurant in a week with my family, so shall enjoy it. Bit disappointed with their cocktail list, however. Oh well. I'm not paying.
