Yuzha isn't really the kind of smug they wanted to present her as. They gave her the classic looks, but her character isn't it. She laughs at the pranks she pulls, but she's laughing at the scenario and not laughing at you.
If the earlier character sheet leaks are to be believed and survive, Rokudo is closer to it. Almost a mesugaki, but not quite.
