You do not need Kita to reliably win URA. You need her to push your stats to TT and spark farming levels.
These were my first two URA wins (started mid july), I used my starting carats in really stupid ways inc rolling on Palmer's banner, I got a lot of SSR luck from the banner but no Supercreek or FM.
The 4/2 Speed/Stam or 3/3 builds alongside good inspirations should put your run on autopilot.
