I'm nothing special by anymeans but i skyrocketed from topaz to sapphire with forestcraft and play a ton outside of ranked with it so I'll try to explain every mu

Havencraft - Too many free turns to get roach set up so pretty easy
Dragon - They also allow a lot of free turns early to set up. Face version is a bit harder but you have so much early clear
Abyss - Midrange variants require you to have a board for them to do anything and the aggro ones deal damage to themselves making roach math easy

Rune - Their wards are pretty easy to get through but are annoying. Should aim to beat them before 10pp
Portal - Only Ward drops at 8 with orchis so aim for setting up a win condition by turn 8 that accounts for orchis or the 3hp heal guy

Of these two matchups rune is definitely easier, but I feel portal players should utilize their fuse units better. The 1/5 ward guy is probably really obnoxious

Sword - they match your tempo early and the 1/3 ward can get out of hand fast
