I'm inured to the grind so it didn't bother me, but yeah a 20% chance of a 6%-10% chance with a 5 minute cooldown is pretty bad. That's like a 2% chance all up, not to mention the void shard and void reactor bullshit.
... actually I lied, it didn't bother me for the characters but it made me not bother at all with the guns.
That + timegated grinds coming out before pity did is probably the main thing that kills the game, atleast the main thing prior to 6 months of only 400%s and sigma + the announcement at the SGS is nothing for another 2 months.
