Id say, if you've done all this for 2 years and you're not at 1/2/3/4 you're fucked
>Genuinely pushed yourself in training, gone balls to the walls and come out of the gym with your shirt soaked in sweat
>Done a proper routine, not just fucked about on machines or made your own stupid split that's just curls and bench and nothing else
>Ate a perfect diet consistently
>Slept 8 hours a night (this can be a weird one though, some people are absolutely fine on only 5 hours, everyone is different)
If you've legitimately done all that for 2 years and you're not at 1/2/3/4 I think you have bad genetics

but the issue is most people are not honest with themselves, you need to be brutally honest with yourself. ever talk to a fatty trying to lose weight about their diet, and they claim to barely eat anything? then when you actually see what they eat it's 4500 calories of shit? it's like that

a lot of people say they train hard too yet they don't even struggle with the weight they're lifting and don't even break a sweat. then they'll have monk like discipline 4 days a week but eat like absolute pigs the remaining 3

and you get a lot of people doing all of that right for just 3 or 4 months, which realistically isn't even enough time to see real progress. yet they write themselves off as bad genetics when they haven't even done a year yet, and give up
